so, you know I'm already freaking out over the brooklyn apartment paperwork. i've been watching my phones and email like a hawk so i can get all the paperwork done as soon as i receive it. i'm freaking out!

but here's the honest to god, you can't make this up, idiot correspondence i've had with the property manager in the last 48 hours:
